I'm pretty sure anything from 63 to 87 shares a similar coil spring diameter. Not sure about the 88+ pickups.
I want to put in a coil spring to lift the front of my 64 about 2". I'm also wondering if there is a 3/4 or 1 ton model spring that would accomplish this.
