Vent window bracket help

I'm refurbing my vent windows on the '66 and as you can see I'm a bracket missing to anchor the driveside (to me - passenger side to you) window at the bottom of the runner. Can anyone take a picture of the missing bracket for me, so I can fab one up?

I know I could just take the other one out from the other side and mirror it, but I did such a nice job putting it back in, I really don't want to disturb it all again.

Cheers!

Re: Vent window bracket help

I'm assuming you mean the bracket the bolts go into toward the bottom, holds it into the door panel ?

Re: Vent window bracket help

I'm sure someone on here has a better photo - I coulda swore I had a few better ones of mine.

You could also peruse the parts vendors, they may have accidental shot of that part of the vent window assembly.

Re: Vent window bracket help

If you need better shots, let me know, I should have a vent window in the garage. If I do, I can put a tape measure next to it to help with scale ... you'll have to convert to metric since us Yanks don't quite understand why anyone would use the metric system

That would be perfect - when you get a chance. Real measurements are ok - I don't like the metric system either, the french can stick that right up their tower.

No rush, I go in for hernia surgery tomorrow, so I'm not expecting to be finishing the job until Monday

Re: Vent window bracket help

Job done - many thanks to you all. I even got some of that gearbox stripped down that you can see in my original post.

It'll be a while before I get to refit the window, but at least now it will fit in correctly.

Cheers!
