New guy from Texas
Found a 70 LWB C10 and will be making it a short bed. Luckily I found a SWB frame but am having some problems finding a bed so it looks like I will find out how good my cutting/welding skills are?

Re: New guy from Texas
The tear down has begun. Motor and transmission out a couple of weeks ago. This past weekend took the bed, both bumpers and grill off. Hopefully next weekend we tear apart the front end?

Re: New guy from Texas
That's some progress, start a build thread when you get a chance. It'll be nice to look back when you get finished to see just how far you've come.

Welcome from just down the road. I'm in the rebuild phase also, just shortened my frame. A lot of work involved but making progress slowly. Calvin.
