Running extremely rich

I didn't notice it the first time I had my vacuum hoses all fixed, but the truck is running very very rich.

(probably because it was 95-105 degrees when I got it all done)

The past few days have been mild -- mid 80's, and my idle has been waaaaaay down (I don't have a tach... ear sez about 750 rpm).

Last night I was helping a friend move stuff (again...I guess I look like a pack mule...) and the exhaust was so rich, that I couldn't sit on the tailgate for more than about 3 minutes before my eyes were watering and I was getting the gas high from all the fumes coming off...

I have a bone-stock setup right now, and would appreciate any advice on tuning the Q-Jet, as well as the idle speed.

Thanks!
