Rear Brakes Dragging

Working on a stock 1950 3100. Problem that is happening is the rear brakes are hanging, intermittently. At first, the left rear was hanging/dragging causing the drum to get hot. Right rear was fine. Adjusted the master cylinder push rod to have a little more free play. Drove it 5 miles and no issues. Ended up replacing the front wheel cylinders because fluid was leaking. Bled the brakes afterwords, drove it a mile came back and no issues. Customer picked up the truck and left. Returned 15 minutes later and said the right rear was dragging/hanging and it was hot to the touch, left rear was fine. Checked the e-brake and isn't hanging. Master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake shoes were replaced prior to this happening. Any ideas???

contaminated linings come to mind or out of adjustment or a bad wheel bearing

All new linings also when the work was done in June. The only part of the brake system not replaced are the steel & rubber lines. This problem started a few weeks ago. Very few miles are put on the truck yearly,however, he had been driving it without any problems until then.

New linings don't mean they aren't contaminated with grease from your hands or something else. It doesn't take much, If it worked prior to the brake job i'd go over the shoe install and make sure I got the hardware correct. Make sure the pivots are free on the Huck brake links. I have seen lining come off on new shoes and jam up the works. Make sure the ebrake cables are free and not binding and adjusted properly.
