Spindle Interchange?

Does anyone know if front spindles off a 50 will interchange with a 55.2? I have one that has a little wear on my 2nd series and have a source for a pair off a 1950. Any help would be appreciated.

Hopefully this helps.

I'm not familiar with the 1/2 tons, but the 3/4 tons were interchangable to 59.

Bearings changed in 52 when they switched from huck to bendix style. Also the kingpin length was slightly different. The later ones were longer, so you would need kingpins from whatever year you will be using.

Re: Spindle Interchange?

It does indeed help. It should work if I use the 1950 kingpins. Thanks for the help.
