69 or 70 Burb

I just saw a Burb in Irwin Missouri at Tri State Auto Salvage. The owner's name is Joe and he is generally very fair in price. The Burb is blue, rusty had 400 fender tags with no motor and no options. 3/4 ton. has the clam shell back doors. The best part is the two back seats. They look good and looked like someone threw them into the back to take them to the yard and they are just laying in there. I saw seat belts too. That is all I know.
