What did you get done 11/16/2014 edition

I didn't do much this weekend. I did find the gas tank straps and I started to whizzy wheel the old mounts and paint them as well as the front bumper side brackets but then I wound up taking care of other things in the house. today I went to ScottH's house and my son bought his second squarebody this one is a 79 short project. It runs and drives but the cab needs a lot of work.. Luckily I have doors for him and we have a good hood but the truck needs a lot of cab work. we also started doing a steering column swap on another members truck but after we got it all together, we found out the thing is locked up and the ignition cylinder wont turn... We plan on revisiting that Tuesday if its not freezing out
I will post pics of my sons truck and the other stuff tomorrow if I can
How about yall?

Pulled the intake manifold on my Colorado to replace a leaky fuel injector o-ring. It's really not a fun job. The injectors probably only have 1500 miles on them and I couldn't find any knicks or tears so I can only assume the new o-rings that came with the injectors weren't correct.

My oil pressure sender has been bad on my crew cab for about 5 years. Today I realized it was unplugged

Cleaned up around the joint in preparation for dismantling the dually bed. I even sold the bench seat & 4 dually wheels/tires on C-list to get stuff out of the way.

Waiting on some a-arms & continuing w/the bed tweaks for now.

Is that the blue gasket ? I put one of the blue one piece oil pan gaskets and its pretty good , I think I am going to have to replace the rear main seal now .

Yep, that's the one. Pretty happy with the fit. Glad to hear it worked good for you. Hope I can say the same!

Pulled all the spark plugs, cleaned and regapped them and put them back in. I don't think it helped.

I've had problems like that before. Just turn up the stereo. It'll go away immediately.
