Task Force with camaro sub headers?
Im looking to see what headers/manifolds other people are running on their task force trucks with a camaro sub frame. I have a 77 camaro subframe grated on my truck and will be running a small block chevy looking for ideas for what will work. I would like to keep the exhaust tucked close because i dont want to see it from the side. Thanks in advance

Re: Task Force with camaro sub headers?
I have heard that the Patriot Clipsters fit nice. I put a 81 camaro clip in my 59 and was planning on getting these. Can't tell you how they fit though as I'm not at that point in my project yet.

Re: Task Force with camaro sub headers?
Curious (seriously) - those headers state they are for an S-10 application. Wouldn't a set for 2nd Gen Camaro be the correct fit? I have been looking as well and just assumed a search on the Camaro would be the right path.

Re: Task Force with camaro sub headers?
Mine is a big block but, I do have a '79 or '80 Camaro clip and I simply ordered a set for a Camaro with a big block and fit perfectly.
I think bowt1ed is on the right track.

Re: Task Force with camaro sub headers?
Unless you have changed the engine mounts on the subframe, standard aftermarket headers for 2nd Gen Camaro should work just fine.

Re: Task Force with camaro sub headers?
Thanks guys. I am in the process of rebuilding my motor and want to start looking for a set. I just wanted to make sure they would clear the cab before i spent any money
