Can someone please tell me where i can get one of these or an aftermarket replacement, it's off my 67 with 4 wheel power drums and is it a residual pressure valve or just a distribution block ?

I not real sure about Australia but here in the good old USA its a roportioning valve. You can get them at any parts store. The connector on top is for the brake light on the dash.

I just replaced mine on my 71 had to order it off net no local stores had it. It is a portionaton vavle

not a proportioning valve it is in fact just a distribution block

That's actually a combination valve, but part of it is missing.

The large nut on the left is part of the proportioning section of the valve. Yours is missing that part of the valve.
The rubber cap on the right is part of the metering valve or sometimes called a hold-off valve. The center section is a valve/switch for the brake failure warning light.

The reference I found for that Bendix valve is that it was sometimes used in 71-72 A-body GM cars (Chevelle) with drum/drum brakes.

Is it possible some of your Holden vehicles with drum/drum brakes use it?

I would think that the difference between that drum/drum combination valve and a disc/drum combination valve is simply less reduction in pressure to the rear brake.

Notice that they call it a proportioning valve at the top, but in the Item Description, they correctly call it a combination valve.

my guess also , especially if a wire was connected on top

Correct with a low pressure warning switch.
4 wheel drum vehicles do not use proportioning valves, although they do look almost the same.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
