What did you get done 12/14/14 edition
Unfortunately I didn't get anything done with my truck as im still waiting for clutch parts etc. That being said I did have abuddy of mine around all weekend. He is a foreign car guy and he had me go with him to purchase two Nissan 300Zx cars. One had a good motor and a junky body and the other was good on the body and interior and the motor was blown so we are stripping the one to build the other and he is parting the ugly one out too all here at my yard
Hope to have clutch parts soon will keep you updated How about you all?

New power steering gear and XJ steering shaft installed. Nice to have a quiet gear and the leak gone!

Fired up my mill and started making a snow plow mount for my tractor. Once that is done i can get it out of the way and put the 87 in the barn and start work on it.

I got my Tailgate to latch without me having to pull the handle and then close it.

Re: What did you get done 12/14/14 edition
Finally found a power rack for the project and placed an order for steering joints and other parts needed for the conversion. I did not get much garage time this weekend, other than taking some measurements and cleaning up.

Took her for a 10 minute drive and discovered a random overcharge issue. Pulled in the driveway and noticed the volt gauge sitting near the 18 volt mark, burned some wires so im going to have to take a careful look at the cs144 at swap I done.

Installed aluminum bullet door lock knobs. Actually I just supervised...my 3 year old installed them while I drank a barley pop.

Re: What did you get done 12/14/14 edition
Finished the 'in-house' dually bed mods. Still to go are power washing the bottom side of things, bed liner sprayed, & then buffing the paint.....
