Can somebody tell me how much it would cost to rebuild my 6 cylinder 292 stock specs .parts and labor thx

Ok....so..saying you purchase a redline kit from ebay...they run about $400 for a master kit...pending on your shop rate I'd say no more then a grand total of $2500 including whatever other parts the machinist had to get that the kit didn't come with. You know...since your considering rebuild you might wanna look into a tiny bit of head work...you'd be surprised of the power increase and no one would know except you...and us. lol

I had a 230 I6 rebuilt locally, machine work, rebuild kit, etc for $1200. But im sur eother shops vary.

My 292 was 1300 for just the bottom end. I ground my own valve seats and valves.

I had my mechanic rebuild my 230 last year. Normal rebuild plus head work to press in hardened valve seats, new carb, and new clutch and flywheel. Came to around $2500.
