WIW '55 Auto Column
Have a lead on a 1955 Auto Column. (he says). What is rare factor and possible worth?

They are a bit rare, but not really desirable except to a restorer which now a days is few and far between. Some guys like to put in a stock one, but considering aftermarket start at $200 they usually go that route. I see refurbished original columns go for $200-400 here and there. There's an original one ebay right now steering wheel to box for $300 buy it now. No idea if he'll get that though. I probably wouldn't pay that much, but somebody out there who really needs one and is doing a restoration may. If you can get it for $50 you'll be ok.
