Hood lower front replace
Are there any pictures on how to remove & replace the hood lower valance?

no pics, but it is spot welded on, some you can get to , some you cant... I would cut the piece you are going to replace off your hood, about 1/2 inch from the seam, then you can get to all the spots, and drill them out.. after that you could re spot weld the new piece to your hood, or you might be able to just bolt it on...

jonzcustomshop. If you have to cut up the valance to get to the rivets, how do you spot weld the new piece in?

I think a new glass hood would be easier!! Im in that same boat now and need to do some repairs to mine.

I did mine. It was not near as bad as floor and rocker replacement. Just went slow. I looked at it that I could not screw it up any worse than it was. I am real pleased with the results.
