Converting Rear Drums to Disc
I am getting a little ahead of myself with this one, but I working out my budget for the frame, suspension, and brakes.
Is changing out the drums on the rear a good way to go, ie, worth the money? I know I am going to have to buy new drums as the old ones are to worn. Has anyone done this that would give me some thoughts? What is the ballpark cost to do this? Thanks

Discs don't fade as fast as drums, there more efficent than drums, they can be dialed in to improve overall performance, they wear better than drums. If done right they can haul you down 10% to 15% faster. The draw back is the cost of doing it right. You want new or rebuild parts, used parts will just give you more a little more time before you have to replace them, waste of time and money.
