Spring Projects - New Carpet & Cleaning

Well, the 78 originally came with only the rubber mat and I thought an upgrade to carpet was in order. I rec'd the new carpet a few days ago and since there was a nice spring day here in the great N/W, spent a few hours this afternoon and installed it. I also pulled the original spare tire down and cleaned the rim, tire and carrier. I think it turned out pretty nice for a novice installer.

Well done.
Which carpet kit did you end up buying? Looks like it fits really well.

Thanks! The bench seat cup holder/console is very nice quality. Its through; cupholdersplus.com . I actually bought it through a sub vender on eBay.

Thanks! The carpet is through ACC - Auto Custom Carpets; ACCmats.com . Other venders sell their carpet as well, such as:
1aautomotive.com .

Ok, I hate how doing one thing turns into doing something else. Because I was thinking I should have floor mats to protect the new carpet, I ended up ordering custom Lloyd logo'd Ultimat floor mats through JC Whitney who have a 10% discount going through the end of 4-8-15. Now that I've placed the order, I laughed to myself because I thought that now I would have to buy something to protect those custom mats. Where does it end.

I used the same carpet from ACC (different vendor) and also ordered my floormats from Lloyds through, Floormatexpress.com. You will not be disappointed. I love mine. And thank for the info on the console!!
