wiper motor to firewall seal-60-66

Does anyone make a seal for the wiper motor to firewall for 60-66 Suburban? I checked CI and they have them for 47-54 and 67-72.
Thanks

Found a big leak on Sunday. Water is coming inside near where right inner fender mounts to firewall. Bracket on inside is a little rusty so it must be coming from outside cowl area. Can I use seam sealer to seal this off after wire brushing and cleaning the area?

It doesn't need welding. No breaks that I can see. I think a good cleaning and sealing should stop the leak.
