Seat belt refurbish ?

Any referrals for retractable seatbelt refurbishing you can share ? Out of my '96 1500. Mechanicals seem fine, webbing is dirty and worn. I want to use them in the '51.

I've had some luck convincing the neighborhood shoe repair shop to sew webbing for me - but it was for a suspension limit strap, not a seat belt.
