3100 AD Complete floor pan replacement
I'm trying to find someone who may have pictures of and some details on the installation of a complete floor pan. I purchased it from classic industries about four months ago and have search high and low for any details on this and all i can come up with is just partial floor pan replacement or just the rocker Panel replacement. Any help or advice would be appreciative.
Thanks, Kyle |

Re: 3100 AD Complete floor pan replacement
fit your doors to the cab with it on the frame bolted down as good as possible, shimmed and blocked if the stock support points are rusted out. Once they are where you want them build and temporary triangulated cage to hold the cowl and bottom of cab in place. Brace it where the A pillar meets the cowl too so that area does not try to spread.

Re: 3100 AD Complete floor pan replacement
Do exactly what they said to do. Get the gaps perfect, brace the [pee waddie daylights out of it and then do the floor swap. My assembly manual is out in the garage so I can't look at it right now but if you have one study the floor install section and if you don't get one. It's kind of backwards to what you are doing though as the original cab was assembled starting with the floor pan and working up.
