62 C10 Rear End Saddle Spacing - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

First things first - I checked the FAQ Index, did the search, read multiple posts, etc. etc.

I have a 1962 Chevrolet C10 that has been in the works for some time and in that time I "misplaced" the notes on the original rear end saddle set up.

Installed a 73 K10 3.08-1 rear without welding the saddles up until now...

Time to set that up and weld the saddles and panhard bar mount.

Can anyone provide me with OEM saddle spacing specifications for the original rear? Or simply measure from the backing plate to some point on the saddle and let me know.
