hi i just want to know why some rear lenses have the blue dots in them ???

In the 50s and 60s they were more of an outcast thing, a 'click' thing. Some crowds and/or regions had them and some didn't. My uncle said that he ran them mostly because they were illegal.

Be careful I think they are still illegal in some states especially if they replace the reflector.
