I think those are made from the same stock that those tow hooks that everybody is looking for. Must be solid gold painted over with black paint.

I think I shall buy a little metal casting setup. I learnt how to make stuff like that in high school but we only used aluminum, I wonder how much more heat it takes to melt steel :p

I paid $40 for mine. I bought them from Frank's PICKMUP. He sand blasted them so they were ready for paint. I actually felt lucky getting away with only paying $40! The last set I saw on e-bay went for over $80! These things seem to get lost easily. I'm watching the auction just out of curiosity.
Does anyone know what size bolts are used on the front brackets? I'm still trying to figure that out?

I got a set from a guy and paid $50. A couple months ago the same guy that I bought my set from had one on ebay. Came home for lunch no one had bid. Only 1hr left I thought the frenzy would start soon. Put in the opening bid of $ 25. Went back to work came home that night a winner. Got em for $25 only bidder

Bouncytruck it was not long after you got your brackets. I saw your post contacted Frank and he said he only had the one set that you took. So i found this guy got mine and there they were another set on ebay. I had gone as high as $ 65 on ebay I have 3 small children so i really wanted them badly for safety reason.

Pound41 - We just had our first daughter and safety was my concern too (although she is still way too young to be in the Blazer.) I was very happy when Frank had the brackets and at a reasonable price! They looked great when I got them. After a quick primer & some satin black paint, they look brand new!

yep, those are the things you loose as soon as you take them off, not many guys still have them on the trucks...I had to make mine own up. I even moved the seat forward 2" so I would of replaced them anyway...
