1969 CST Big Block
Is there any way to verify factory options that came on your truck without the SPID sticker on the glovebox? Can this be done with the VIN thru a GM website or archives?

Only if it was a Canadian built truck. Otherwise you're kind of SOL. Unless you can find build sheet in seat springs or behind cardboard cover on gas tank.
