SBC Date ID

So I've acquired a 010 4-bolt block for my build, and I would like to know what year it was cast. The suffix code was machined smooth during decking, and the casting date characteristics are hard to decipher. On the back by the casting # it has K 11. I thought there is supposed to be a letter and then 2 #'s which this block only has one unless it's not an 11, but two 1's. I have also included a picture of the side casting numbers which I'm not sure how to make sense of. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

So I've been posting this thread from my phone and the image submitting process is a little weird, not sure if the pictures are attaching.
