thanks for the compliment but if you recall I bought it for parts and I specifically want the blue captains chairs & console, and front clip :P maybe next time though..

its got a real nice 700r4 if any of you 2WD guys are looking, and are local, you can drive it and see it before you buy it. it will be a while before I part it out though so think about the future.

Damn if I was local I'd be all over that. Good looking burb Mike. Are you going to add the front clip to your 77?

N2TRUX: all of the above, for now.. in a few months I'll part it out but I will probably be driving it for at least a couple months.. Until I get a new daily driver (really want a tundra).. first I have to get the 77 running a little better and sell the tacoma driver i have now.

Ill probably run the 91 front clip on my 77, gchemist. It was a tough decision (because I absolutely LOVE the 77 front ends) but if Im going to paint this truck someday, Ill have to replace the entire front clip and thats very very $$$$..... plus with the 91 it adds a touch of customization (like the short 3/4ton that it is now) and it has a latching hood.. AND since I have to replace the cab on my 77, I can use a later model (more plentiful and less rust) cab and not worry about modifying for the older model front clip.. all in all its a win-win situation for me, and I can always go back to the 77 frontend if I strike it rich...

I also bought it for the engine which is the 454 with serpentine and AC and I need all the AC vents and ducting and who knows what else I'll run.. theres so much good stuff Im like a kid in a candy store

crud, lol :P All I want is a pair of bucket seats like those two (I need arm rests, lol) and that style of front clip... I am planning on fabricating my own center console so I can hide my stereo deck in it while leaving my current crappy one in the dash to turn away potential theives... Something like the one that Mike has on his 73-87.com site would be pretty much perfect to tell the truth... (I wouldn't install it until I got myself a standard tranny...)

Mike, I had seen some of those pics before. I had forgotten why you were doing what you are doing. The Burb will make a great donor for lots of good parts.

Post some progress pics when you can...
