Why do some of these trucks have the rear wheels not centered in the wheel wells like this one?

I saw that truck for sale about a week and a half ago. It is a different seller now. When I saw it for sale it then came w a bed full of parts. This ad doesn't say it has extra parts. My guess the now seller bought it , kept the extra parts and is reselling it for what he paid w extra parts.
Original ad said it came w a 69 302 motor too. |

it has a 69 fender it looks like. House in the background looks nice.
i dont see anything about a motor on there. the ad must have been modified
