My new toy
Sold off my ws6 and bought this. It's a good start, new 355, new th350, 4 wheel disk brakes off a z28, brake booster off a corvette, but not too much else to speak of. Drove it 120 miles home without a problem. Has the typical rust on the passenger side, drivers side has all been replaced(poorly). I'm excited to tear into it and get this show on the road. Rust will probably be the last thing I will tackle. Wanting to do suspention, efi, and interior first. Looking forward to hearing your advice! I do have one request, I'm trying to figure out how much I want to lower it, is there a thread on here with pics and stats on lowering?

Re: My new toy
Welcome! Nice truck love the color. Depending on how low you want to go and if you want to bag it or not. I have a 2/4 drop on springs and I like it but have considered going a little lower to 4/6 with springs and drop spindles. But everybody will have their own opinion.

Nice! I use the Google search function and make sure it is highlighted to search the site information (not the whole web). So much good info here, its ridiculous.

Re: My new toy
Did some searching and found some good results. Think I'm going to do a 4"-5" drop on it. I think that's about what I want to be at. With the 17" wheels I'm wanting to get for it I think it'll be about perfect.
