MMll power rack question

The hose kit for my power rack included these brass fittings. The instructions say they're supposed to go into the ports on the rack if the rack didn't have them factory installed. Mine don't appear to have these, but when installed the hose won't screw on. What am I doing wrong?

Re: MMll power rack question

Any pictures of the rack outlets? Which hose kit do you have?

When I switched to a power rack I got 2 metric to an fittings then made some hoses to fit. Like this

Not sure if those are the correct ones for your rack, but they seem to have good prices on fittings.

Re: MMll power rack question

I ended up having to have buy another hose all together, the pressure port opening is 1/2, the hose they supplied was 7/16. On the return side I had to cut down the height of the brass fitting. Hoping there are no leaks.

Re: MMll power rack question

I didn't have it right the first time either. The first hose I made blew apart about 1 minute into the first drive, right at the end of my driveway.
