1962 C10 stepside project

I'm thinking about parting out my truck. I lost interest in it and don't want to see it sit. It has new front fenders, new tail gate, new wiring harness, new weather stripping, etc. It has the 5 lug conversion done to it, chevy 350 and 700r4 trans (not even broken in yet). Has 2 hoods (chevy hood is in pretty bad shape, GMC hood is in good shape). My wife and I are having a baby and I want this gone before she's born. (July).

Frame has been sandblasted and painted, starting working on the cab (that's why it's off), only rust is passenger rocker and normal spots in floorboard.

I will get more pictures when I get home this evening. Like I said it's a nice truck, but I just don't want to put anymore time into it.

My price: take the whole truck, motor and trans, $4500 (everything truck related).

Pm me or text me. (803) 322-7617

Thanks

If this is the wrong thread, I'm sorry.

How much for the blasted and painted frame? GMC hood price? Wondering how nice the frame turned out because the "X" frames are very hard to paint properly with a cup gun (unless when you said painted you meant rattle canned). Did you replace wheel bearings, seals, tie rod ends etc when you blasted and painted the frame?

My lowered price is $3500. That takes everything. The wheel bearings were replaced about 5 years ago, I didn't blast and paint the frame the previous owner did. I was going to replace all new front end parts, but I just lost interest.

Re: 1962 C10 stepside project

I really want to wait on parting it out to see if someone will take the whole thing. I don't want to see it sit and go to waste, and I don't want to put anymore money into it. Without the motor and trans, come and get everything that belongs to the truck for $2500 (new wiring harness, new front fenders, new tailgate, 2 hoods, etc.)

Thanks
