Check the dimmer switch & connections to it -- common problem area.

Re: Headlight ??
Sometimes we take for granted the simple, overlooked things that really bite you hard if you don't scrutinize them from the word go...I once bought a 1986 Iroc-Z Camaro with a TPI 305 from a fellow that gave up troubleshooting it because the right bank of injectors wasn't firing, and he swore the fuses were good to both banks of injectors, $750.00 later and a .25 cent fuse and I was motoring down the road....moral of the story, never take things for face value, always check fuses with an ohm meter and everything else with a microscope..... The stupid things will get us every time....been there many times, just different situations.

Re: Headlight ??
Knowing how to test all different parts of your vehicles operational system will save you huge money down the road, that's the issue with allot of knew mechanics today, no one wants to trouble shoot and test things, it's just a list of issues and possible parts to replace that might fix the problem, replacing things until the issue is fixed is a costly way to operate.

Re: Headlight ??
Pull the dimmer switch connector and jump between the blue and tan wires with the headlight switch on. If the lights don't come on the tan wire is open to the lights or the bulb low filaments are blown.
If they come on then the dimmer is bad.
