Does this 1980 c10 frame look bent?

Hello all. I picked up a 1980 c10 Custom Deluxe with a blow transmission seal for a good price. Wile pulling the transmission I notice the left and right frame rails are not symmetrical. The driver side frame rail seems pulled down at the bottom just behind the crossmember where it comes up. Does that look right? If it is bent I can't for the life of me see how that could end up like that. Is that just how they were stamped?

The truck looks strait otherwise, and there is nothing that would indicate damage or abuse

the stampings are not great from the factory. the bottom edge is not a 90 degree stamp. it looks kinda wierd.

That's factory. The frame rail is like that for catalytic converter clearance.

Notice the heat shield above, also for the converter which was originally installed there.
