copperhead exhaust, what the?
OK, I had not noticed this until today. I must have missed the episode where the exhaust was installed. What's the point of having four tips, on three different sides of the truck? Is that just for a "cool look" or is there another purpose for it ?
See the pic at this link... http://www.staceydavid.com/copperhead.htm |

I think your talking about the pipes for the cutouts. This alows him with a flip of the switch to have an open exhaust system

The pipes in front of the tires are for the open header cutouts.

open at a flip?
So I can see the Y pipe coming out from the headers, and I guess I get the point about going from a muffled to open exhaust, but where is the "flap" (I assume) that actuates the change?

It should be inside the Y pipe. J-C Whitney sells something like that, so with the pull of a cable or the flip of a switch you can run open headers or a quieter exhaust.

The cutouts he's using are electric. The flaps in them open and close at the push of a button. I don't remember the price off hand, but I know they're outrageous.
