Bench Seat Adjuster Spring?
Does anybody have a pic or can describe where the large seat adjuster spring connects in the back? Does it hook into the back rail through one of the hog ring holes? I know it connects in the front to a hole in the front mount, and I found a 2012 post where someone posted a pic of it, but the link is no longer working...thanks

This is how mine was connected. Can't say it is original as I don't know 100%, but it worked.

Re: Bench Seat Adjuster Spring?
The spring attaches as shown in picture . Be careful once loaded with tension the seat track is dangerous and can take off a finger .

Re: Bench Seat Adjuster Spring?
I know this is an old thread, but I could not find my answer using the search box. Is this spring used on driver's side bucket seat as well?

Classic Bowties has posted pictures of the bottom of bucket seats several times that show the exact location. I just searched and couldn't find them. |
