What year is my 1965 GMC
ok so I admit I don't have a lot of knowledge on these trucks but I thought they had a trailing arm style rear suspension. Mine has leaf springs

Re: What year is my 1965 GMC
Most GMC were leaf spring with optional trailing arms. Chevy had options for leaf spring. Your vin will be answer to your break down, check faq section for vin decoder.

Re: What year is my 1965 GMC
Here is a pic of the VIN tag. It is located in the door jam at the top half way between the A & B pillers. It doesn't appear to look like most number sequences I've seen so far

Re: What year is my 1965 GMC
It is a 64-66 according to the vin. F indicates so. Sent a PM. So how did you know/think it was a 65?
