1976 C10 Ca Smog help
I'm going to look at a C10 454 this weekend in San Diego and wanted to know the CA smog info. I was told it didn't have catalytic converter but has passed ca smog in the past. It was also assembled at fremont plant if helps? It had been smog in the past but the last registration expired 2 months ago. Any help would be great.

Re: 1976 C10 Ca Smog help
Being a 76 a c10 with the f44 RPO would have a higher GVW not requiring it do have a Cat my old 76 was this way with a 350ci and dual exhaust factory being a 454 truck chances are the F44 package was standard equipment on that truck and it doesn't need a Cat
Gives some good into info here too http://73-87.com/7387info/7387emislevel.htm
