Let me think about those,they look decent . are the rubbers two different thicknesses? and are they ready to install? are the bolts that go in the bumper holes even? how about rust on the inside? thanks for posting

The bolts that mount to the bumper are there and in good shape. The rubber is the same thickness, must have been the angle the photo was taken. Here are some photos of the back side.

Dan, Gem is a company in the US that made 1967-72 bumper guards and have been around since the 50's 60's till now. some of the nos in the box guards are Gem and sell for under $200. They are after market and so are the guards LMC sells for $60. Thanks for the pictures, Steve

I have seen some guards that had a border that ran around the rubber impact strip that were not GM, so maybe that could have been the GEM. Thanks for the education! Thanks, Dan

Just for clarification I contacted Davestrucks before anybody responded to "MY" wanted bumper guards thread! He sent me a pm saying he could look into this weekend. So that being said, I would like to thank him for posting pictures and giving me the first rights of refusal on a very nice set of GM NOS Bumper Guards!
