differential ID questions

I am trying to identify my rear diff. I know it is a 12 bolt GM truck rear but I am having trouble finding the correct pinion seal for it. The only casting numbers I have found are "GM 86", "3896839", and "F178"

Re: differential ID questions

Thank you sir. I will give that one a shot. I went to Advanced Auto and they gave me four different parts and none of them fit.
