Re: Brake lines

Factory Assembly Manual shows how they are routed. Unfortunately I do not have one for an AD truck, maybe someone will post up the page or photos from their build.

Re: Brake lines

for original single master cyl,

There is a T at the rear of the master cylinder. run a line forward to the left rear of the front crossmember, then install a T there. run short line to the left and one to the right wheel along the rear of the crossmember.....go to the hardware store and buy rubberized clamps if the original stuff is trash.
For the rear, go back to the master cylinder, and the end of the t that's open, run a line on the right inside of the truck frame back to just before the edge of the tire, and put a one foot flexible line to that line, anchor it there.then run a line from there to the rear axle midway between the pumpkin and the right rear backing plate. install a T there.
Then install the lines to each rear cylinder.
anchor the lines so they don't vibrate and wear.
the front lines go through the frame near the axle where it crosses under the frame. the rear lines anchor to the rear axle.
