Back on the road.
Joined the forum , for the 2nd time, back in 2011, was a lurker for a long time. Have had a '71 C10 for over 20 years. Found modern muscle and got back into bikes about 7 years ago and the truck has sat in the garage since then. Kept telling myself, next year, next year and I think "next year", due to the nagging of my son, will be the year.
This weekend I ran across a deal on some tires and rims that I couldn't pass up, it's Christmas right and I have been good and I think that the wheel upgrade will be the stimulus to getting her back on the road. Plans are to re lower her a bit more, as much as I can, w/out any sheet metal work, Porterbuilt is what I am currently looking at. Some before and after wheel pics. |
