3 wire alternator for 1970 350?
Any idea what years 3 wire alternator will fit
1970 c10 original 350 casting 3970010? Just gonna pick one up from auto zone and thinking a late 70's early 80's alternator will fit properly. I do understand I need to re wire it. Looking for proper fit on the bracket. Thanks. Mark Posted via Mobile Device |

Im using a 1984 camaro alternator, I believe its a 75amp unit. I bought the adaptor plugs from LMC to do away with the external regulator. No problems with mounting the alternator, bolts right up.
