Emission label for 1975 C20

I am trying to

locate correct emission label for my 1975 C20. Original label is almost gone, but I was able to recover GM part number: 362620. I checked with usual outlets to no avail. Does anyone have a good lead where I can find replacement? Original label covered three engine sizes

350-4bbl AIR
400-4bbl AIR
454-4bbl AIR+EGR

This labels covers federal and California emission for heavy-duty engines.
