Factory brochure photo quirk
Check out the noticeably vertical lift gate area on the orange Blazer.

Re: Factory brochure photo quirk
I think that was one of the pre-production designs. Someone posted the history of the design process for the 67 trucks on here a couple of months or so ago. I remember thinking it looked a lot like a Scout.

Re: Factory brochure photo quirk
I wondered if that was the case...it does look alot like a Scout. Also, the nicely dressed lady with high heels stepping up into the white Blazer seems a bit unlikely...these days yes, but not so much then.

Re: Factory brochure photo quirk
That is a neat find. truckster is right, I posted some development photos of the Blazers here. One of the preproduction top designs was the more verticle design seen here.

Re: Factory brochure photo quirk
Thanks, I love those old pictures and advertising....hewittca, that post is one of the coolest things I've seen in quite awhile. I've seen alot of those type of pictures, but never of those trucks.

Re: Factory brochure photo quirk
Yeah...I noticed that too...the final version is by far the best.
