Hardtop Repair

I have two holes about 3/4" dia. in the top of my single wall hardtop. I took out the silicone from the previous owner and now I want to fill them with fiberglass and paint the top black.
What is the best way to get this done? Is there a resin putty that will bond here? What kind of paint should I use?

I also have a crack in the front corner 7-8" long i think i just want to hide the crack not repair it. But I guess I'm not sure. Any suggestions.

My hatch is also in need of repair with cracks all over it. I'm not even sure what is holding it together. Has anyone came up with any permanent repairs on the hatch? I feel that any fiberglass patches would just crack again from the weight and where it supported when its in the raised position.
