Widest front tire with centering offset and only spindle drop

Wanting to purchase wheels and tires that match. Have a standard spindle 2.5" drop up front and wanting to know how wide I can fit up front without running if going off a standard/stick offset (I.E. 4.5" with 8" wide wheel. Or 5" with 9" wide wheel)

Also, stock height tire, 28"-ish

Re: Widest front tire with centering offset and only spindle drop

following.....
Just put a 2 inch drop spring and 2.5 drop spindle on my 85 and have a inch clearance so any bumps or dips and I am rubbing. On 15 inch rallies so wondering if I go with diff tire, it may help this issue

A 4" backspace is the most you can run with a 15" wheel without rubbing.
