Suicide doors with handles

Does anyone have any pics of a truck with suicide doors, that still has some sort of door handles?

Just curious as I think I would like to do this mod one day, but I don't want to shave the handles. (at least not yet... )

i had thought about something like that in the past and that it would be very cool to move the handle the other side of the door so people would be very curious as to why. or make the ultimate sleeper and leave them in the stock position
