Champion radiator CC369DP outlet sizes?
I'm looking at a Champion CC369DP and I'm not sure what inlet/outlet sizes to get. Currently have a 1997 Z/28 LT1 in the truck with a future LS swap planned. What should I get?

Go with these guys, you get what you pay for and they will add the steam port, champion won't.

Re: Champion radiator CC369DP outlet sizes?
champion does have a steam port...but RnD are members and do offer a member discount..looks like you have to pay an extra $70 for inlet and outlets on champion plus $379 plus $180 for fans for a total of $629 for champion...if my maths right..
RnD is $665 with fans, shroud and discount my.02 would be spent with RnD.. Last edited by mongocanfly; 08-14-2017 at 02:23 PM. |

My champion did not come with a steam port, but maybe they have changed since.

Re: Champion radiator CC369DP outlet sizes?
I have the RnD rad and the outlets are on the passenger's side of the rad. That makes the hoses difficult to find and sparkey told me I was on my own to find what fit. Ended up jeep grand Cherokee 4
0 hoses fit. I will be buying a champion for my 1967 truck that I swapped this spring to add a transmission cooler as the griffin currently does not have one.

I've looked at the R&D and had planned on going that route but the lifetime warranty of the Champion is a HUGE selling point for me.
