Re: Trim and Emblem removal
Speed nuts on the back, like the front end grill trim. Idk how to access em because I've never had a blazer.

Re: Trim and Emblem removal
I am not sure. If you are talking about the round Cheyenne emblems on both rear quarters, I believe those are a press fit. I don't know all the correct terminology, but there are "keepers" inserted into the hole in the quarter panel and the pins from the emblem are held in place by the "keepers". Maybe this picture will help. I believe this is unique to the Blazers (and Jimmys). Really nice Blazer by the way!

Re: Trim and Emblem removal
For the round emblems pull the rear taillight assemblies and take a look in there. If it hasn't been removed before you will see some small, pressed sheetmetal nuts attached to the studs on the emblem. Take those off to remove emblem.
On the tailgate pull the inspection cover off of the inside of the tailgate, roll window out about 1/2 way and you will see the nuts to remove to remove tailgate trim. |

Re: Trim and Emblem removal
The round emblems use barrel clips(these are basically spring steel that expands as you push the emblem in and then holds tension on it) Those emblems need carefully pryed off. Ford was known for using this type of clip on almost all of there emblems. This is about the only application GM used them for that I have seen

Re: Trim and Emblem removal
Beautiful Blazer! Be very careful pulling the side emblems. Use a plastic trim removal tool or some plastic item like that or you'll scratch that beautiful paint for sure. go slowly working all around it little by little and protect the paint with masking tape. The tailgate trim has speed nuts on the inside-so that's safer.
