2 Years into my 4x4 build she's finally back on her own feet
This December I will be two years into my 1970 Shortbed 4X4 RestoMod. Last night, I installed her new wheels and took her off the Jackstands. Sheet metal work is about to begin, and if things go well she should be back on the road late summer of 2019.

Re: 2 Years into my 4x4 build she's finally back on her own feet
Thank you everyone for the kind words. It has been a long two years getting to this point. Everything on the build is either rebuilt or new.....every single nut and Bolt. Swapped over to a bored 454 making 500 hp and 485 ft lbs of torque (yes I had it Dynotested). I have a Facebook page detailing the entire build from the day we loaded it on the trailer and hauled it home. On Facebook look for a page titled 1970 Chevy Short Bed 4X4 Restoration. There ar hundreds of pictures.
