which torque converter?
saturday night special
or super street fighter? i was looking around on tci's website and need thelp deciding on a torque conveter for the th350c. i want around a 3000rpm stall and those are the only 2 listed for my trans |

I've been to hughes [great guys there, I love hughes now] and I use TCI flexplates and both are great. Are you sure you want a 3k stall? I just swapped my 23-2400rpm convertor for a 2000rpm because I couldn't stand the high stall speed.

Eric, you CANNOT use a TH350 converter with a TH350C, the internal splines are different.

oh, must be a new thing. before i built the trans for my 82, i shopped for a 350C stall converter. seeing that there were none available i went with the TH350.

Eric, what gears are you running or going to run? I running a Jeg's converter about 2000 stall.

i'd go with a Saturday night Special. i had one with the trans i mentioned earlier, and i loved it. not sure about the lockup unit, but it should be comparable.
