Hatch latches
Started a little side project... Made cad models of the latches. Getting the geometry right so the teeth mesh correctly was a bit of a pain. Planning to fabricate a couple sets in stainless.

Here's a pic from a NOS example I have. That section appears flat and parallels the opposite side. I have seven used examples here that are loose - the concavity depicted in above pic is from wear and not present when first installed. Hope it helps. Good luck with the project.
